It was a great pleasure to work with John and his team. They were so helpful in helping us to navigate with our insurance company in identifying the damage and our exact need. They were extremely professional. Completed the project in a very timely manner after the work was approved by our insurance company. We are quite satisfied with the results and when the job was complete we found that they did a great job of making sure they left the sight in excellent shape. We have found no nails or other debris from the job. I have and will recommend the LJS team to anyone who has any roofing issue.

I ask John to assess my daughter’s roof earlier this year. I was fully prepared to have the work done and was impressed with LJS and wanted them to do the work. John inspected the roof, and unlike the other companies I had gotten estimates from, he told me that the roof did not need replaced and still had 8 or so years of life remaining. I was SO impressed with his honesty and integrity that I had his company replace the roof on my son’s home - which did need it! John communicated with my throughout the process. He was personally involved, explained every step, and follow up after the job was completed. He was professional but friendly. His crew worked hard and it was obvious that he had a great rapport with his team. I would recommend 100%.

We just had LJS Contractors replace the roof and gutters on our home and detached garage. They did a fabulous job from start to finish. John came out and inspected all the damage, told us what all needed to be done. I sent all the documentation, and photos to my insurance company. Never had any issues. Once it was approved from the insurance company, he gave the date range he would be out there and he was actually a couple days early which was wonderful. Overall, we are very pleased with everything. We will be contacting them if we ever need anything else done.

From the initial assessment to the final check-through, John knew exactly how to evaluate the job, what it would entail, and anticipate that there may be “surprises” along the way. He prepared my estimate very quickly, and once I signed the agreement, his crew was at my house within a few days. The crew of six was highly qualified, knowledgeable, and efficient, and arrived on time and prepared to work. John spent the day driving between the jobs his crews were working , and was at my home several times throughout the entire process. If you are needing exterior work done on your house, you have to go with LJS. My wife and I noticed a significant leak in our roof about a year ago and were getting quotes for quite some time.
